Pure Body and Life came to fruition from my own personal experiences, both positive and not so positive. A few decades of unhealthy choices - physically, emotionally, and spiritually - left me depressed, medicated, overweight, nearly divorced, and spending all of my money on therapy. At my lowest breaking point, I found myself questioning WHY I was even breathing and WHAT my purpose in this world was.
Over time and with a lot of work I began loving the imperfect soul that is ME and became the wife, mother, friend, and human I always wanted to be. There were incredibly difficult days while finding my power and embarking on a journey of making better lifestyle choices, but it worth the journey. Choosing to go to return to school to become a Certified Health Coach has proven to be one of the best and most satisfying decisions I've ever made.

My goals and intentions are to help stressed and overwhelmed women make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. Together we will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
My desire is to leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life. Simple and small changes over time can truly create massive transformations.
We are all on the journey together! With my knowledge and experience, we will co-create personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
Coaching with Diane
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected (and everything IS connected!). Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work specifically with women to help them get in touch with their bodies' needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. Our lives at 20 and 30 years old can look much different at 40 years old (and beyond). I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
Let’s define what YOU value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring YOU closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
In addition to shining a light on diet and food choices, together we will exam 12 areas of life - your Primary Foods - that impact each and every person's overall health and wellness.
A Holistic Wellness Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Holistic Wellness Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
